The Fun Theory

The Fun Theory is an initiative by Volkswagen to see if they can change people's behaviour for the better, simply by making things fun to do. OK, so it is ultimately an advertising campaign but it makes me smile. From their site...

This site is dedicated to the thought that something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behaviour for the better. Be it for yourself, for the environment, or for something entirely different, the only thing that matters is that it’s change for the better.

Here are the first three examples. Bottle Bank Arcade Machine.

Love it on so many levels!! Can't get the smile off my face.. wish they did it here so I could run up the piano staircase. Would love to throw trash in and hear it go... also love the viral campaign VW created. Smart, smart, and fun. I'd like to go test-drive a VW now and see how fun it might be to drive.

I know what you mean about the staircase, I'd definitely be late for work if that was on the way. :-)
